Die Sozial Medien suggerieren uns im Sekundentakt, was wir angeblich brauchen, um unsere Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen und glücklich zu sein.

Dieses Übermaß an Informationen und Eindrücken sind ein großer Stressfaktor und können uns unter Druck stellen. Dadurch spüren wir eine große Negativität in unserem Leben. Seit Jahren wird uns eingeblendet was wir alles machen müssen, um mehr Reichweite und Follower*innen zu gewinnen. Was aber viel wichtiger ist, ist die für Menschen so wichtige Verbundenheit. Sich mit der Community auszutauschen, sich gegenseitig zuzuhören und zu stärken.

As a result, we feel a big negativity in our lives. For years we have been shown what we have to do, to gain more reach and followers.
